E. Hutchison Service Set for Tuesday
Earl Kenneth Hutchison, 52, 504 Taylor S.W., died Sunday afternoon at a Mason City hospital following a long illness. He had lived in Mason City about 23 years.
Mr. Hutchison was born Aug 27, 1904 at Canby, Minn., son of Walter and Martha (Benzel) Hutchison. As a young boy he moved with his parents to Wisconsin and then back to Rockford.
He was married to Mabel Hall, May 31, 1932, at Charles City. They moved to Mason City and had made this their home since that time. He was employed by the Northwestern States Portland Cement Co. until he retired three years ago because of ill health.
Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Henry (Eileen) Steinwandt, Mason City; a brother, Harold Hutchison, Mason City, and a stepfather, Walter Struchen, Mason City. He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the McAuley-Scalon Funeral Home. Dr. Paul A Peterson, pastor of Wesley Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside
Cemetery at Rockford.

Funeral services for Earl K. Hutchison, 52, who died Sunday afternoon at that Mason City hospital, was held Tuesday afternoon at the McAuley-Scanlon Funeral home. Dr. Paul A Peterson, pastor of Wesley Methodist Church, officiated.
Mrs. Peterson was soloist, Mrs. Roscoe E. Patton, organist. Representatives of the Northwestern States Portland Cement Co., where Mr. Hutchison was employed, attended the services.
Pallbearers were Merle Calloway, Mason City; Robert Washington, Earl Willert and Joe Witter, Rockford; Martin Washington, Rockwell, and Charles Crowley, Clear Lake. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
