Dolores LuWaine Stinehart, 79, formerly of Clear Lake, Iowa died Wednesday
Dec. 20, 2000 at the I.O.O.F. Home in Mason City, Iowa. Funeral services were
held Saturday, Dec. 23 at Zion Lutheran Church, Clear Lake with Rev. Kermit
Roisen officiating. Interment was in Memorial Park Cemetery, Mason City.
Memorials may be given to IOOF Home or Alzheimer¹s
Assn. in memory of Dolores L. Stinehart.

Dolores was born August 2, 1921, in Alexander, Iowa, the daughter of Herman
and Sophia (Lubkeman) Schloemer. She graduated from Latimer High School in
1939. She married Orville E. Stinehart Aug. 4, 1940 at the Bethlehem Lutheran
Church, Mason City. They lived in Northwood and then
moved to Clear Lake. She worked at the Coffee Shop and Young's Variety Store.
Orville and Dolores bought DeBrayn-Pugh Implement in Clear Lake and operated as
Stinehart Implement where she was the bookkeeper until their
retirement in the fall of 1977. Orville and Dolores celebrated their 60th
wedding anniversary August 4, 2000, and their greatest enjoyment was spending
time together. She enjoyed growing and raising flowers and being around people.
Dolores was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Clear Lake.

Dolores is survived by three children, Nancy Holman and her husband Robert,
Clear Lake, Susan Stinehart, and Sally Johnson and her husband Mark, Clear
Lake; five grandchildren, Jason Allen, Eddie Allen, Brian Allen, Robert Deckard
and Jameson Deckard; seven step-grandchildren Tracy Griffon,
Brian Holman, Robert Holman, Julie Brookman, Joshua Johnson, Jeremy Johnson and
Jacob Johnson.

Dolores was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Orville, who died
Sept 17, 2000; two brothers, Kenneth Schloemer and Virgil Schloemer.
