Donna L. Eberhardt, 77, of Mason City, Iowa passed away peacefully surrounded
by her loving family on Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2009 at the Mercy Medical Center North
Iowa, Mason City.

Funeral services were held Thursday, Dec. 24, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church,
Mason City, with the Rev. Mark E. Lavrenz, officiating. Burial was in
Elmwood-St. Joseph Cemetery, Mason City.

Memorials may be given to the Donna L. Eberhardt Memorial Fund.

Donna L. Eberhardt was born in Mason City on Nov. 8, 1932, the daughter of
Irving Belseth and Doris Fisher Borchard. She attended Mason City Public
Schools. She married John P. Eberhardt on Sept. 4, 1949.

Donna enjoyed being a homemaker and stay at home mom. She enjoyed cooking
and baking for her family. Through the years she had many hobbies including
quilting and tole painting. She liked to camp and fish (especially trout) and
enjoyed watching birds. Donna was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church since
1950.

She is survived by her four children, Debbie Lincoln of Clear Lake, Jo
Ellen Younke and her husband, Chuck, Marsha Koerber and her husband, Mark, Bryan
Eberhardt and his wife, Denise, all of Mason City. She has nine grandchildren,
Travis Goslin and his wife, Mary, and Josh Goslin of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Zach
and Beau Lincoln of Clear Lake, Justin Younke and Emily Romig, Dawn Roszell,
Ryan and Morgan Koerber (fiancé Chris Burk), and Hannah Eberhardt of Mason City.
She has seven great-grandchildren, Bria and Zane, Isaiah and Payton, Abby,
Gabe, and Paul, and Gaige. There are also six step-grandchildren, Sarah Hogan,
Annie Crawford, Sam Crawford, Tom Lincoln, Jr., Todd Lincoln, and Tracy Patten,
and 10 step-greatgrandchildren. She has one half-sister, Phyllis Sweet of
Ashville, N.C., two half-brothers, Roger Borchard of Oxford, Ala., and Bill
Borchard of Marble Rock, Iowa. She also is survived by a special friend, Aila
LaPole, of Mason City.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John, on May 31, 2004; her
parents; a brother, Michael; and a son-in-law, Tom Lincoln.

Hogan-Bremer-Moore Colonial Chapel, Mason City, was in charge of
arrangements.
