KEYSTONE - Donald W. HOUCK, 82, Keystone, died Monday, August 1, 1994, at Foote Hospital in Jackson, MI, where he was visiting relatives.

He was born July 12, 1912, in Des Moines, the son of William and Mabel (WILBUR) HOUCK. He married Lucille ALITZ October 17, 1937. Donald worked in the communicaitons industry as a telephone company manager until his retirement. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Keyston.

He is survived by his wife, Lucille; his daughter, Marjorie (Mrs. Dr. L. C.) JONES III of Jackson, MI, two granddaughters, Elizabeth JONES and Jacqueline JONES, and one great-grandson, Joshua JONES. Also surviving are two brothers, William HOUCK of San Diego, CA, and Ralph M. HOUCK of Cedar Falls; one sister, Nina TIETZ, Griswold.

Mr. HOUCK was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Jean McKIBBEN.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, August 5, at St. John Lutheran Church in Keystone with Rev. Bruce KALTWASSER officiating. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Oakwood Cemetery in Plymouth. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Phillips Funeral Home in Keystone.
