Mrs. J. Fagin, 74, Succumbs

Funeral Services Are Not Complete

Mrs. Jessie FAGIN, 74, formerly of Mason City, died Tuesday morning, following a short illness, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Gladys OSBORNE, Minneapolis, where she had made her home for the past 2 1/2 years.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Gladys OSBORNE and Mrs. Lois MATTSON, Minneapolis, a grandson, Gerry HOPKINS, a brother, Guy W. SMITH, Mason City.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The body was taken to the Patterson-James chapel, where friends may call from Wednesday evening until the time of services.

Services to Be at Local Funeral Home

Funeral services for Mr. Jessie FAGIN, 74, who died Tuesday morning at a hospital in Minneapolis, following a short illness, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Patterson-James chapel, with the Rev. R. L. Williams, pastor of the First Christian church, officiating.

Mrs. FAGIN was born in Worth county, July 27, 1876. She had formerly lived in Mason City. For the past 2 1/2 years she had made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Gladys OSBORNE, Minneapolis.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Gladys OSBORNE and Mrs. Lois Mattson, Minneapolis, a grandson, Gerry HOPKINS, and a brother, Guy W. SMITH, Mason City.

Mrs. FAGIN was a member of the Christian church and the Hokamde rebekah Lodge of Heron Lake, Minn.

Queen Rebekah Lodge No. 106 of Mason City will conduct rites at the chapel following the services.

Burial will be at the Plymouth [Oakwood] cemetery. The Patterson-James funeral home in charge.
