Mrs. Jessie Claus Dies at Home in Plymouth

PLYMOUTH - The funeral of Jessie SIMONS CLAUS, who died Saturday afternoon, was held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Free Methodist church with the Rev. Paul HEGSTAD, assisted by H. L. TENNEY and the Rev. H. G. BACHMAN, officiating.

She was the mother of 6 children, Josephine of Manhattan, Kans., Pearl of Madison, wis., Richard of Plymouth, Helen of Madison, Wis.; Lawrence of Milwaukee and Marion of Cedar Rapids.

Two sisters and a brother also survive. Mrs. CLAUS was a teacher before her marriage and was afflilated with many organizations of the community. Pallbearers were the town council and Mayor SNELL.
