MASON CITY -- Jack U. WALLACE, 62, of 30 Fifth St. N.E., died Friday (Dec. 13, 1996) at home.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Elmwood-St. Joseph Cemetery, with the Rev. Herbert SHAFER of Grace United Methodist Church officiating. There will be a flag folding ceremony conducted by the Mason City Memorial Association.

Jack WALLCE was born Jan. 20, 1934, in Des Moines.

Survivors include two daughters, Melissa WALLACE and Amanda THOMPSON; two sons, Jack Jr., and George WALLACE; two sisters, Irene and Holly; one brother, Clarence WALLACE; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters and one brother.
