Frank Meyers Services Are Not Complete

Clear Lake -- Frank MEYERS, 43, of 708 N. 8th street, died at a Mason City hospital, Wednesday morning [March 28, 1951] following a brief illness. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The body is at Ward's funeral home.

Mr. MEYERS, proprietor of Frank's cafe, 217 Main avenue, was born in Chicago, Nov. 12, 1907, and was married to Miss Beulah FERGUSON in 1931. They have since resided in Clear Lake.

Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Cpl. Frankie MEYERS, Albans, Vt., his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John KOWALSKI, R. 1, Clear Lake; a brother, Rudolph MEYERS, Clar Lake; a half-brother, Stanley KOWALSKI, in the navy; and Edward KOWALSKI, Milwaukee; brother, Adolph MEYERS, Chicago; and half-sister, Mrs. Charles PAULSON, Webster City.

Services Held for Frank MEYERS, 42

Clear Lake -- Funeral services for Frank MEYERS, 43, 708 N. 8th street, who died at a Mason City hospital Wednesday morning, were held at Ward's funeral home Friday afternoon. Doctor E. W. DAY, Congregational pastor, conducted the rites and burial was in Clear Lake cemetery.

Pallbearers were A. M. FRIEST, B. C. MYHR, A. J. GISGROVE, F. G. COOKMAN, V. M. WALLIS and Clarence ZOOK. Flowers were arranged by Mmes. Burdette LINE and Fred MILLER.

A quartet, L. C. STUART, A. B. ENGEN, WIlbur HOLLATZ and B. D. MERRIMAN, sang "Master, Let Me Walk With Thee" and "The Old Rugged Cross." Mr. MEYERS was a member of the B.P.O.E. lodge, Mason City.

Relatives and friends from a distance included Cpl. Frankie MEYERS, Albans, Vt.;P.O. Stanley KOWLSKI, Milwaukee; Adolph MEYERCZECH, Chicago; Mr. and Mrs. Charles PAULSON, Webster City, and Mr. and Mrs. Martin SCHWARZ and daughter, Phyllis, Ashton.
