CLEAR LAKE -- Funeral services for Alfred JACKSON, 80, of North Shore Drive, Clear Lake, will be 10 a.m. Monday at Ward - Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake. He died Thursday (Dec. 15, 1983) at home.

The Rev. Kenneth UBBELOHDE of the Congregational Church, Clear Lake, will officiate and burial will be in the Rockwell Cemetery, Rockwell.

Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral chapel.

Mr. JACKSON was born Oct. 9, 1903 in Rockwell to William and Louise (AYRES) JACKSON. He attended Rockwell schools and was employed in the creamery business in Rockwell. He lived in Rockwell, Dows, Mason City and Clear Lake for 20 years prior to his retirement operated Jackson Trucking Line. After retiring he worked for the city of Clear Lake as a dispatcher. Mr. JACKSON married Margaret STANFIELD on April 5, 1923 in Le Grand.

Survivors include two daughters, Louise HOGAN, Tempe, Ariz., and Barbara McKEE, Carlisle; six sons, Howard, Josehua Tree, Calif.; Donald, Indio, Calif.; Richard and Kenneth, both of Dows; Wesley, Van Meter, and Alfred Jr., Burlington, Wis.; 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; four brothers, Walter, Clear Lake; Clayton, Osage; William Dunbar, and George of California.
