MASON CITY - Funeral services for Mrs. Donovan M. (Edna) HAXTON, 66, of 1622 N. Washington, will be 1 p.m. Monday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Mason City. The Rev. Lavenr HANSON will officiate, and burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. Sunday until noon Monday at Major Erickson Funeral Home, Mason City. Memorials may be sent to Trinity Lutheran Church, of which Mrs. HAXTON was a member.
Mrs. HAXTON died Thursday, Jan. 17, 1980) in Houston, Texas. A resident of Mason City since 1937, she was employed as a matron at Monroe Junior High School from 1959 until retiring in June 1979. She was a member of Sons of Norway.
Survivors include her husband, Donovan M.; a son, Donovan HAXTON Jr., Laurel, Md.; two sisters, Mrs. H. D. (Nora) PALMER, Lake Mills, and Mrs. Aurthur (Juya) HAROLDSON, Rake; and two grandchildren.
