Harry E. BELL, 51, 818 Elm Drive, employe (sic) of the Northwestern Bell Telephone Co., died Thursday morning [March 9, 1956] at a Mason City hospital. He had beena lifelong resident of Mason City.
Mr. BELL was born March 20, 1904, in Mason City, son of Herbert and Annie (HACKINGS) BELL. He was married to Doris NIELSEN, May 28, 1928, in the Little Brown Church, Nashua. He was a member of the First Congregational Church.
Surviving are his wife, two daughters, Mrs. Merlyn (Shirley) PETERS, Mason City, and Mrs. Leo (Donna) LOVICK, Forest City; a grandson, Eddie PETERS, Mason City; two brothers, Herbert, Mason City, and Glenn, Clear Lake; and a sister, Miss Ethel PETERSON, Waterloo.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete. Friends may call at the Patterson-James Funeral Home from Friday afternoon until the time of services.
