Paul F. Stehn, 58, died at his home, 1044 – 3rd N.W., Mason City, on Monday morning, following a lingering illness. He had been a resident of Mason City since 1919, when he came here from Northwood, Iowa. He was a city letter carrier for the past 20 years.

Mr. Stehn was born January 22, 1888, at Northwood. Surviving are his wife, Marie; a sister, Mrs. Alfrieda Andrews, Rock Island, Ill.; 4 brothers, Clarence of Rock Island, Ill., Adolph of Northwood, Iowa, Otto of Holloway, Minn., and Rudolph of Danves, Minn. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister.

Mr. Stehn was a member of the First Methodist Church of Mason City and was a veteran of World War I.

Funeral services will be held at the Major Memorial Chapel on Wednesday at 2 p.m., with Doctor Lloyd Gustafson, pastor of the First Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be at Northwood. The Major Funeral Home in charge.
