Funeral services for Mrs. George (Susie E.) Hass, 91, retired Durant school teacher, will be held at the Lacock Funeral home at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, with a second service at New Hampton. Burial will be in Graceland cemetery, New Hampton.

Mrs. Hass died at St. Luke's hospital, Davenport Oct. 19.

She was a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls. She was married to Ottis Ellis in 1945. He died in 1969. She married George Hass in Durant in 1970.

Mrs. Hass was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal church, Durant, the Order of the Eastern Star, Wilton and the Durant Senior Citizens.

She is survived by her husband and nieces and nephews.
