Funeral services for LeRoy Frink, 81, Bettendorf, retired Durant funeral director, were held at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, Davenport, Oct. 16. Burial was in the Durant cemetery. Mr. Frick died at St. Luke's hospital, Davenport, Oct. 14.

The son of Henry and Bertha Mohr Frick, he was born in Scott county in 1906. He graduated from Durant high school in 1924. He served as deputy Cedar county auditor from 1926 to 1928. He then attended Cincinnati College of Embalming, graduating in 1928.

He owned and operated the Frick Funeral Home in Durant from 1943 until he retired in 1972.

Mr. Frick was married to Louese Yetter in Tipton Aug. 7, 1928. She died Sept. 8, 1987.

He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, Davenport, a 50 year member of the Iowa Funeral Directors association;, a member of the Wilton lodge #167, AF&AM and a past member of the Durant Lions club.

He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Sandra) Glattly, Atkinson, Ill.; 2 grandsons, Mark Glattly, Los Angeles, Calif. and Craig Glattly, Chicago, Ill.; 3 great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Harold (Irma) Schuppert, Walnut Creek, Calif.
