Funeral services for Winifred P. "Fritz" Nace, 74, Tipton, will be held today, Wednesday, Aug. 12 at 10:30 a.m. at Sheets and Son Funeral Home in Tipton, with the Rev. Bob Molsberry officiating. Betty Trevathan is the organist and Dinae Moon is the vocalist. Pallbearers are Jim Rouse, Terry Rouse, Ken Stock, David Lovell, Dane Lovell and Jim Dice. Burial will be in the Tipton Masonic cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to service time today. A memorial fund has been established.

Mrs. Nace died Aug. 8 at her home in Tipton following a brief illness.

The daughter of Earl and Lilly Jackson Wright, she was born Sept. 21, 1912 in Glendive, Mont. She attended the Portland, Ore. schools. She married Kenneth Dice in 1934 in Tipton and Harry Nace in Tipton in 1945. Both preceded her in death.

Mrs. Nace was a bookkeeper and waitress. She had been a Tipton resident for 55 years.

She is survived by 5 daughters, Mrs. John (Mary Jo) Rouse, Cainsville, Mo.; Mrs. Charles (Dottie) Stock, Northwood; Mrs. Clive (Georgia "Snooky") Hill, Auckland, New Zealand; Mrs. Patricia (Cookie) Lovell, West Liberty and Mrs. Kenneth (Debbie) Bibby, Atalissa; a son, James Dice, Rock Island, Ill.; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Pat Hoskins, Waterloo.

In addition to her husbands, she was also preceded in death by 2 brothers.
