Funeral services for Lois Mabel Woods, 92, Mechanicsville, were held June 6, 1987 at Horner's in Mechanicsville, with the Rev. Mildred Grubbs officiating. Burial was at the Wayne cemetery in McIntire, Ia.

Mrs. Woods died June 3 at the Mechanicsville Care Center.

The daughter of Henry and Martha Kinnamon Reynolds, she was born Oct. 3, 1894 in Deep River. She married Richard Siple Nov. 25, 1914. He died a few years later.

She married Glen Woods Dec. 6, 1922 in Des Moines. He died April 12, 1970. The Woodses resided in Mechanicsville, where Mrs. Woods was a member of the Garden club, the Rebecca Lodge and the First Presbyterian church.

She is survived by 3 nieces and a nephew. She was preceded in death by brothers and sisters and both husbands.
