Last rites for Mrs. Wesley (Alice R.) Cook, 79, Davenport were held at the Runge Mortuary, Davenport May 21, with burial in the Walcott cemetery.

Mrs. Cook died May 18 at St. Luke's hospital, Davenport following an extended illness.

The former Alice Roehs was born at Walcott July 27, 1905. She married Wesley Cook in Clinton Oct. 30, 1927. He died in 1962. She was employed at Sears Mfg. Co., Davenport for several years and was previously employed at Petersen Harned Von Maur, Davenport.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. John (Donna) Martens, Quincy, Ill., a son, Wayne O. Cook Sr., Tipton and 7 grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Betty Proesch, Lowden and a brother, Otto Roehs, Davenport.
