Private funeral services for Donald Connolly, 52, Clarence, were held at the Chapman Funeral Home March 1 with burial in the Stanwood cemetery. Mr. Connolly was dead on arrival at University Hospitals, Iowa City, Feb. 28.

Mr. Connolly was born at Dubuque Sept. 15, 1923 and was married to Betty Feddersen at Rock Island, Ill. July 13, 1972. He was employed as a construction worker in the Quad City area.

He is survived by his wife, his mother, Mrs. Fred Petretti, Atasca, Ill.; 5 step-children, Dennis Feddersen, Clarence; Mrs. Howard Hagen, Wyoming; Mrs. Larry Appleby, Cedar Rapids and Allen Feddersen, Monticello and Mrs. Robert Debner, Clarence and several step-grandchildren.
