Funeral services for Helen B. McQuillen, 67, Tipton, were held at Sheets and Son Funeral home May 30 with Dr. Glenn Parrott officiating. Burial was in Inland cemetery, Bennett.

Pallbearers were Ronald Kiefer, Everett Miller, Earl Eggert, Lyle McQuillen, Le Roy Jepson and Frank Kofron. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Clements and Mr. and Mrs. Everett Sanders were in charge of flowers.

Mrs. McQuillen died at her home in Tipton May 28 following an extended illness.

The daughter of Andrew and Florence Treadwell Wharton she was born near Bennett Oct. 20, 1907 and graduated from Bennett high school in 1924. She married WIlliam L. McQuillen March 29, 1926 in Tipton and was an area resident for 45 years.

She is survived by her husband; 3 daughters, Mrs. Darrell (Janice) McCrea, Olin; Mrs. Henry (Vivian) Wiskus, Jr., Tipton; Mrs. Kenneth (Doris) Heisch, Lowden; 3 sons, Francis, Gorin, Mo.; Lewis, Rochester and Warren, Davenport; 21 grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Nell Musselman, Davenport and 2 brothers, Wayne, Blue Grass and Clarence, Guilford, Maine. She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson.
