FULLRIEDE, MILLER, SCHROEDER, SCHNEIDER

Funeral Services for William (Henry) Fullreide, 77, were held at St. Paul's Lutheran church, Bennett, Feb. 8 with the Rev. Wendell Henkenmeier officiating. Burial was in the Van Horne cemetery, Lowden.

Pallbearers were 6 grandsons, Curtis, Gene and Perry Schroeder and Rodney, Roland and Raldo Schneider. Mr. and Mrs. Sylvan Kleppe were in charge of flowers. Mrs. Wendell Henkenmeier was organist.

Full military rites were held at the graveside by Rixe-Lausen post of the American Legion in Bennett.

Mr. Fullriede died at a Wilton nursing home Feb. 5 following an extended illness.

The son of Henry C. and Louise C. Kroemer Fullriede, he was born in Schleswig-Holstien, Germany, May 14, 1897, and was educated in the parochial school at Lowden. He was married to Ella M. Miller at Lowden, Sept. 30, 1920.

They farmed in the Lowden and Bennett area until 1959 when they retired and moved to Bennett.

He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran church, past president of the Bennett State bank board of directors and a member of the Rixe-Lausen post of the American Legion and World War I Veterans. He served as a corporal in Co. H 87th Infantry during World War I.

Mr. Fullreide is survived by his wife, 2 daughters, Mrs. Louis (Clara) Schroeder, and Mrs. Allen (Elda) Schneider, both of Bennett, 9 grandchildren and a niece. He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
