Funeral services for Elmer Hans Moeller, 63, Durant, were held at the Frick Funeral home, Durant, Jan. 18 with the Rev. Garth Baker officiating. Burial was in the Durant cemetery.

Pallbearers were Robert Marolf, Richard Stoltenburg, Wayne Ovesen, and Dale, Dean and Gary Moeller. Mrs. Viva Cook was organist and Max Lauser was soloist.

Mr. Moeller died Jan. 15 after suffering a heart attack at the home of a neighbor.

The son of Henry and Alma Swartz Moeller, he was born May, 1911 in Cedar county and was educated in the Muscatine county schools. He was married to Dorothy Lilienthal at Wilton, Jan. 18, 1936.

A farmer, he was a lifelong resident of the Durant area and was a member of Zion Lutheran church, Wilton.

Mr. Moeller is survived by his wife, 2 daughters, Mrs. Robert (Elaine) Butterbrodt, Clarence and Mrs. Don (Karen) Johnson, Cedar Rapids; 6 grandsons and 3 sisters, Mrs. Rhea Beer, DeWitt; Mrs. Florence Moeller, Rock Island, Ill., and Mrs. Alma Grunder, Stockton; 2 brothers, Raymond, Wilton and Erwin, Galesburg, Ill. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers.
