Funeral services for Mrs. Annie M. Roehlk, 96, were held at Durant, April 9, with the Rev. L. Jack Ehlers officiating. Burial was in the Durant cemetery.

Pallbearers were Ronald, Robert, Dennis and William Roehlk, William Krummel and Wesley Kuehl. Louise Frick was organist and Max Lauser, vocalist.

Mrs. Roehlk died at a Wilton nursing home April 6 following an extended illness.

The daughter of Johannes and Agnes Babbe Mecklenburg, she was born near New Liberty, Nov. 27, 1877, and was married to George Roehlk at Davenport, Feb. 13, 1902. She spent her life in the Durant area.

She is survived by a son, Edward E. Roehlk, New Liberty, 11 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, 4 sons, a sister and 3 brothers.
