Funeral services for Mrs. Charles (Elsie Mae) Hines, 74, will be held at 1:30 p.m. today (Dec. 13) at the Gill Memorial home in Wilton with the Rev. Larry G. Willey officiating. Burial will be in Oakdale cemetery in Wilton.

Mrs. Hines died at Mercy hospital, Iowa City, Dec. 11 following a lengthy illness.

The daughter of Jacob and Catherin Browning Frymoyer, she was born in Cedar county March 27, 1899, and was married to Charles J. Hines at Muscatine Dec. 7, 1921. She was a lifelong resident of the Wilton-Muscatine area. She was a member of the United Methodist church.

She is survived by her husband. She was preceded in death by a brother and 2 sisters.
