Funeral services for Vic Tatak, 68, retired Cedar county bridge foreman, were held at Oxford Junction, Oct. 23. Burial was at Oxford Junction. Mr. Tatak died at his home in Rochester Oct. 18.

A native of Czechoslovakia, Mr. Tatak lived in Oxford Junction before moving to Rochester about 15 years ago. He began work with the Cedar county road department March 1,1954 and continued through 1970, when he retired. Since then he has lived in Rochester.

He is survived by his wife, Leah; a son, Victor (Butch) Tatak, Bryon, Minn. and 3 stepchildren.
