Last rites for Mrs. Joyce Middleton, 30, Davenport, daughter of Mrs. Carl Lyndaas, West Branch, were held at West Branch Oct. 9 with burial in the West Branch cemetery.

Mrs. Middleton died in St. Luke's hospital, Davenport Oct. 5.

The daughter of Marion and Ellen Lafferty, she was born at Waverly, Kan. Oct. 19, 1942.

She is survived by an infant son, Scott; her mother, Mrs. Carl (Ellen) Lyndaas, West Branch, her stepfather, Carl Lyndaas, West Branch and a brother, Max Lafferty, Mount Pleasant.
