Services for Olive Marie Parsons, 68, Davenport, were held at 2 p.m. June 27 at Woodbridge cemetery with burial at Woodbridge.
Dr. Glenn Parrott officiated.
Miss Parsons died June 25 at the Hilltop Nursing home in Davenport following an extended illness. She was born June 26, 1906 near Tipton to Arthur and Kate Long Parsons and attended the rural Cedar county schools. She was a Tipton resident until 1948 when she moved to Davenport.
She is survived by a sister, Florence Parsons, Davenport; several nieces and nephews, including Edward Parsons of Tipton. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
