Final rites for Mrs. Clara M. Larson, 86, were held at the United Methodist church, West Branch, Feb. 6, with the Rev. Lawrence Carlton officiating. Burial was in the West Branch cemetery.

Mrs. Larson died at a West Branch nursing home Feb. 3, following a long illness.

The daughter of John and Ida May Robertson Rose, she was born near West Branch Jan. 21, 1887. She married James E. Larson, March 15, 1919.

She was a member of the West Branch Methodist church and WSCS. She was a 50-year member and past matron of Juanita Chapter OES, Klatter club and the Home Social club.

Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. James (Clara May) King, Montville, N.J. a son, John, Hill City, S.D.; a sister, Mrs. Marie Baumgardner, Grand Marias, Minn.; a brother, William M., West Branch; 5 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Her husband and sister died earlier.
