Last rites for Mrs. Belva Gregg, 80, a native of Cedar county, were held at West Branch Jan. 4 with the Rev. Max E. Paige officiating.

Burial was in the West Branch cemetery. Mrs. Gregg died at a St. Petersburg, Fla. hospital Dec. 31.

Mrs. Gregg was born Jan. 14, 1892, in Cedar county, the daughter of William and Jelena Sanger Kennedy. She married Earl L. Gregg Oct. 4, 1913, at West Branch.

She was a member of the United Methodist church and a 50-year member of Juanita Chapter OES.

Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Carlos (Mabel) Fawcett, Boston, Mass. and 2 nephews.

Her husband and a brother died earlier.
