Funeral services for W. Paul Darting, 61, Wilton, were held at the Methodist church, Wilton, Jan. 5. Burial was in Oakdale cemetery, Wilton.

Mr. Darting died in Mercy hospital, Iowa City, Jan. 2.

He was born in Wilton. He married Lucille Himebeugh in 1931 at Montezuma. She preceded him in death. He owned and operated a service station in Wilton.

Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Olga Darting, and sister, Mrs. Vernon (Grace) Squires, both of Wilton.
