Funeral services for Forest Chamberlain, a longtime Tipton resident, will be held at 1:30 p.m. June 5 at the United Methodist church with the Rev. Eugene Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Masonic cemetery.

Mr. Chamberlain died at his home June 3. He had been in failing health. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. June 4 with the Dye Funeral home in charge of arrangements.
