Funeral services for Mrs. Agnes Jensen, 76, were held at West Branch March 28, with the Rev. William Thalacker officiating. Burial was in the West Branch cemetery.

Mrs. Jensen died March 25 at the Extended Care center in Iowa City, following a long illness.

Mrs. Jensen was born Nov. 9, 1891, in Denmark, the daughter of Christian and Dorthea Jensen. She came to the United States in 1910 and was married to Chris A. Anderson Dec. 30, 1913. He died n 1914. In 1944 she was married to Carl Jensen, who died in 1956

She was a member of the Bethany Lutheran church at West Branch.

Surviving are a son, Sherman Anderson, West Branch; 3 daughters, Mrs. Robert Byrne, Cedar Rapids; Mrs. Elmer Young, Omaha, Neb. and Mrs. Earl Eckmann, Persia.

Also surviving are 4 sisters, 12 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
