Dr. Robert W. Gregg, 68, a native of Tipton died Nov. 22 at Burlington, where he had been a resident for many years. Graveside services were held Nov. 25 at Iowa City, with burial in Oakland cemetery.

He was born Nov. 7, 1899, in Tipton, the son of Robert McCoubry and Etha Curry Gregg.

He was a graduate of the University of Iowa college of dentistry. He served on the University dental college staff before moving to Burlington.

Dr. Gregg was a member of the national, state and county dental associations, the Delta Sigma Delta fraternity and the Elks.

Surviving are his wife, the former Marena Nelson; a daughter, Mrs. Phyllis Tague, Coralville; a granddaughter, Mrs. Gordon Bertill, Burlington; and great granddaughter, Shana Bertill.

He is also survived by 2 sisters, Mrs. Everett Jeffers, Davenport and Mrs. Leo (Florence) LaGrange, Hayer, Ill.
