Funeral services for Ferdinand Schneckloth, 83, were held Nov. 4 in Wilton Junction with the Rev. Frederick Rolf of Rock Island, Ill. officiating. Burial was in the Memorial park cemetery, Davenport.

Mr. Schneckloth died Nov. 1 at the Wilton Nursing home. He had lived at Wilton Junction for 5 years and before that at Durant.

Born Dec. 15, 1883 at Bennett, Mr. Schneckloth was the son of Henry and Lizzie Sachow Schneckloth.

He married Bertha Jensen Aug. 28, 1915 at Davenport. He was a member of the Lutheran church and a retired farmer.

Survivors include his wife at Wilton Junction; a son, Donald, Wilton Junction; a brother, Chris, Bennett; and 2 sisters, Mrs. Ernest (Martha) Petersen, Sunbury; and Mrs. Clara Bartscher, Durant. Preceding him in death were his parents, 2 brothers and 4 sisters.
