Funeral services were held March 17 in Wilton Junction for Mrs. Sadie T. Henley, 93, who died March 15 at a convalescent home in Muscatine. Rev. Homer Perry officiated. Burial was in the Oakdale cemetery.

The daughter of John and Margaret Doran, Mrs. Henley was born May 21, 1873 at Durant. She married Frederick McCartney on Oct. 7, 1903. He died in 1911. She later married James Henley in 1933. He died July 26, 1940.

Mrs. Henley was a member of the United Church of Christ and the Rebekah lodge of Wilton Junction.

She is survived by 2 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. One son and 2 step-sons preceded her in death.
