Funeral services for Mrs. Esther Hull, 60, formerly of Mechanicsville, were held March 10. Mrs. Hull died March 8 at Winfield following a long illness.

Born at Mechanicsville July 7, 1906, the son of Merton E. and Nellie Davis, she was married to Frank Hull at Norwalk in 1935. He died Dec. 2, 1964.

Mrs. Hull was a graduate of the Mechanicsville schools, secretary and treasurer of the Methodist church at Winfield, secretary of the Eastern Star and Winfield librarian.

She is survived by a daughter, Marjorie Everett, Iowa City, a step-son, Harry Hull, Silver Springs, Md.; a nephew, Larry Miller, Ft. Madison and an aunt, Mrs. Emma Miller, Mechanicsville.

She lived with Mrs. Miller and her late husband, Frank Miller, while attending the Mechanicsville schools.
