Funeral services for Mrs. Laura Krone, 92, were held Jan. 3 at Durant with the Rev. W. Gerrad, pastor of Gloria Dei Lutheran church, Durant, in charge. Burial was in the Durant cemetery.

Mrs. Krone died Dec. 30 at the Wilton Nursing home after a brief illness.

Mrs. Krone was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Claus Suhl. She was born near Walcott Dec. 11, 1874. She married Henry Krone, who is now deceased.

Her son, Henry Krone, died in 1944. Four brothers and sisters also are deceased.

She is survived by a grandson, Second Lt. David Krone, stationed at Castle air force base, Merced, Calif., and daughter-in-law, Mrs. Louis Krone, Mission Hills, Calif.
