Funeral services for Mrs. William E. (Grace) Hutchison, 70, were held at the First Methodist church June 21 with the Rev. Eugene Miller in charge. Burial was in Young cemetery at Truro June 22. The Dye Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Don Willcutt, Robert DeKock, Dr. S. C. Nuccio, James Reeve, L. D. Suchomel and James Casterline. Mrs. Irma Crawford was organist. There was an Eastern Star service.
Mrs. Hutchison died June 19 at Mercy hospital in Cedar Rapids. She had been ill for more than 2 months.
The daughter of John Irwin and Mary Wallick Straum, she was born Feb. 6, 1894 at Old Town Valley, Ohio. She was married to William E. Hutchison. They lived at Truro, Oskaloosa and Clinton before coming to Tipton where Mr. Hutchison operated a drug store until his retirement.
Mrs. Hutchison is survived by a son, Robert W. Hutchison of Lisle, Ill., a sister, Mrs. Maude S. Keller of Ridgewood, N. J. and 2 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, 4 brothers and a sister.
