Matthew Lynn Hoffman, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Hoffman of West Branch, died early March 6 at Mercy hospital, Iowa City.

Graveside services were held that afternoon at the West Branch cemetery, with the Rev. Charles Haigh officiating.

Surviving besides the parents are 2 brothers, Michael and Mark, both at home, and the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Burdette Hoffman and Mrs. Jessie Slach, all of West Branch.
