Funeral services for Mrs. Oliver Ehresman, 41, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Sheets and Dahn funeral home with the Rev. Irwin Espeseth in charge. Pallbearers were the Rev. Edgerton Nix, James and Mearl Laing, Melvin Derynk, Virgil Griffis and Charles Albaugh.

Daniel Nix was vocalist, with Mrs. Egerton Nix as organist. Mrs. Wayne Sissel and Mrs. Mearl Laing were in charge of flowers. Burial was in the Tipton Masonic cemetery.

Mrs. Ehresman died suddenly at her home July 13.

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Gerth, she was born in Chicago, Ill., Sept. 24, 1921 and graduated from high school in the Chicago area.

She was married to Oliver Ehresman at the Four Square church in Tipton Nov. 26, 1956. The couple lived on a farm in Rochester township. She was a member of the Four Square church in Tipton.

She is survived by her husband; 4 sons, Greg, Gary and Glen, Tipton; Tot, Mt. Vernon, Ohio; 2 daughters, Gladys and Darlene Petit, Tipton; 7 grandchildren; her stepmother, Mrs. Eva Gerth, Gary, Ind.; a brother, Paul, Tenley Park, Ill., and a step-sister, Helen Gerth, of Indiana. She was preceded in death by her father, mother and brother.
