Miss Cordelia Hagar was born in Bradford county Pennsylvania, Jan. 1st, 1826, died at her home in Clarence Feb. 4th, 1892. She was married to Ira Brink February 19th, 1850, came from Pennsylvania to Illinois in 1858, living there for five years, after which they settled on their farm in Massillon township, where they had resided ever since until they took up their residence in this city about a year ago. A husband and seven children are left to mourn the death of a loving mother. Among the children who reside at a distance who were here to attend the funeral were Dr. M. Owing to the serious illness of the husband he was unable to attend the funeral, but we are glad to learn that he is improving.
