Mrs. Henry Britcher was called to Cedar Rapids last Thursday by the serious illness of her brother, F. F. Davidson. He passed away late that night. Funeral services were planned for Monday P.M. in Stanwood, but owing to the condition of the weather, they were postponed until Wednesday P.M. at 3:30 o'clock in the Turner Chapel, Cedar Rapids. Interment later at Stanwood.

Mr. Davidson was the youngest son of the late Iowa pioneers, Robert A. and Elizabeth Davidson. His early life was spent on a farm in Cedar county, receiving his education in the Stanwood and Clarence schools. He is survived by his wife and one son, Franklin, three sisters, Mrs. Ella Crow, Girard, Kan., Mrs. Henry Britcher, Clarence, Mrs. Mabel Elliott, Keene, Va. His brother Charles passed away Nov. 7th.
