Mary Hamdorf, who formerly lived north of Lowden, but who for many years has been an inmate of the Cedar County Home near Tipton, died early Wednesday morning. Because of the blockaded roads, local undertakers were unable to reach Tipton and arrangements were made to have the body cared for at Tipton. Funeral arrangements have not yet been announced, but services will probably be held in Massillon where relatives of the deceased reside.
