Hans Andresen received word this week of the death of his sister, Mrs. Henry Fuermann, of Munich, Germany, who died on her seventieth birthday, Nov. 16, following an operation.

Louise Andresen, "Lulu" as she was known to her relatives and friends, was born on a farm near Lowden, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Andresen. Later the family lived in Davenport and Chicago. She was married to Henry Fuermann in Chicago in 1893, and a few years later she and her husband were called to Germany by the death of a relative, and subsequently made their home there.

Mr. and Mrs. Fuermann conducted the famous "Fuermann Pension," known throughout Germany. One son preceded the mother in death in 1919.

Survivors are her husband in Germany, one sister, Mrs. Elsa Mathael of Park Ridge, Ill., and one brother, Hans Andresen of Lowden.
