Mr. Solomon Westfall, an old resident of this place, died at his home last Thursday evening, at the advanced age of 80 years. The funeral occurred Saturday afternoon from the Lutheran church, Rev. Cressler officiating. Mr. Westfall had been a resident of Clarence for almost 30 years and was known and respected by all. He leaves a wife and seven children, six daughters and one son, all grown to manhood and womanhood.
