27 June 1890 - The Clarence Sun

Mr. James Findley, an old settler, died at his home in Red Oak grove Wednesday night. The funeral occurs today. We have no particulars as to his age, but from having heard him relate experiences of pioneer life in this section, know him to be one of the early settlers.
