Funeral services for Esther Emelia Anderson, 79, were held March 4 in the Educational building of Trinity Lutheran church with the Rev. George Fisher in charge. Burial was in the Tipton Masonic cemetery.

Pallbearers were A. S. Petersen, Harold Heick, W. S. Bissell, Dr. O. E. Kruse, Bryce Werling and Jack Macklin. Tina Jensen was organist. The Dye funeral home was in charge of services.

Miss Anderson, the daughter of Charles and Mathilda Anderson, was born April 14, 1883 in Boone county and had lived in Tipton since 1938. She is survived by her twin sister, Mrs. Henry S. (Minnie) Olson. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
