Funeral services were held Feb. 25 at Zion Lutheran church, Wilton Junction, for Katherine W. Brammeier, 88.

Miss Brammeier, a house-keeper and a lifelong resident of Wilton Junction, died Feb. 22 at Mercy hospital, Davenport, after a short illness.

She was born Aug. 27, 1874, in Cedar county, the daughter of Frederick and Martha Otto Brammeier.

Surviving are a brother, William of Minnesota, and a sister, Clara, of Wilton Junction.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
