Funeral services for Homer A. Bagley, 68, a native of Mechanicsville, were held Feb. 14 at DeWitt, where he had lived for 36 years. Burial was in the Mechanicsville cemetery.

Mr. Bagley died at his home in DeWitt Feb. 11.

Homer Alson Bagley was born at Mechanicsville, Nov. 24, 1894, the son of Charles and Mary Stebbens Bagley. He and Violet Techau were married in Lisbon, Aug. 19, 1920. Mr. Bagley was a member of DeWitt Methodist church. He was a veteran of World War I and a member of DeWitt Legion Post.

Surviving are a son, Jerry, DeWitt and 3 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, 4 sisters and 4 brothers.
