Many of our readers will remember Mr. Amos Deming, cousin of Messrs. John and Torrence Deming, who was a resident of Massillon township for over twenty years. Word was received here first of the week that he was killed by a team running away Monday. Although no further particulars accompanied this brief and sad information, we learn from Mr. Torrence Deming that he was about sixty five years of age and leaves a wife and seven children. From here he removed to Woodbury county where he was residing at the time of his death.
