Perry Floyd Brown, 77, a former Mechanicsville resident, died Jan. 28 in a Baltimore, Md. hospital. Mr. Brown moved to the Mechanicsville area from Missouri around 1928 and left Mechanicsville to move to Maryland about 1841.

He was born July 26, 1885 in Missouri. Funeral services will be today (Thursday) with burial in Baltimore.

Mr. Brown is survived by his wife Jennie, a son, Lawrence, Tipton and a daughter, Mrs. Chauncy (Helen) Pieper, Baltimore, Md.
